Description
HY-8100A/HY-8100B is a common two-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive. After being fully cured, it can form an elastic film with good lamination and heat sealing properties. It can withstand 100°C and sterilize in 30 minutes.
Performance
1. Suitable for lamination of various plastic films: OPP, CPP, LDPE, PET, PA, aluminized film, etc.
2. It has very good wetting properties on the film and excellent coating processability.
3. It complies with the Chinese Food Hygiene Law. It complies with the China Adhesive Industry Association-Regulations on Adhesives for Food Packaging.

Mixing ratio Weight ratio: 100:75
Applicable period In normal use, the applicable period after mixing is 0-40 minutes.
Operating conditions Use special coating and laminating equipment. Due to the particularity of the adhesive, it should be mixed with special mixing equipment to improve production efficiency and mixing quality.  The mixing ratio of HY-8100A/HY-8100B can be from 100:70 to 100:80, and the recommended ratio is 100:75. It can be used according to different materials and specific conditions. HY-8100A/HY-8100B can be used for most films. The film should be corona treated before lamination to obtain better bonding effect. According to different operating requirements, the recommended glue amount is 0.8-2g/m2. It is  recommended to use it at 30℃-40℃, or at room temperature (25℃).  Feeding unit 30-35℃ Conveying roller 30-35℃ Measuring roller 35℃ Coating roller 35℃ Compound temperature 35-50℃ Machine speed 0-450m/min
Curing It is recommended to treat in a aging room at about 35-45℃, and the next process can be carried out after 24 hours.
Cleaning After production, clean the surface of the equipment with a suitable solvent to prevent difficulty in cleaning after curing.
Shelf life and storage requirements
This product should be placed indoors, away from direct sunlight, and the ambient temperature should be between 15-25℃. The shelf life of the original unopened product is 6 months, and the opened product should be used up as soon as possible.

Notes
1. PE, BOPP, CPP must reach 38 dynes, PET must reach 50 dynes, and PA must reach 52 dynes or above.
2. When compounding transparent ink films, confirm whether it is suitable.
3. When compounding PET printed films, confirm whether the appearance meets the compounding requirements.
4. If the contents of the package are corrosive, please confirm before putting it into production.
5. Preheat the glue in a 30-40℃ environment 12 hours in advance before use. To suit the characteristics of solvent-free high-speed compounding.
